iSom Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transfer providers and visa authorities. The service itself is provided by them under their own conditions, which we explain to you when we quote.
Quotes are valid until the airline changes the fare — usually 24–48 hours. A ticket is issued only after payment is received in full unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing (for example, for Umrah packages).
Change and refund conditions depend on the fare or package and are stated on your quote. Airline refunds are passed on the day they reach us. iSom Travel service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been made. See refunds & changes.
Visa decisions are made solely by the destination country. We prepare and submit applications with care but cannot guarantee an outcome. Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and for checking entry requirements we communicate to them.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or losses caused by airlines, hotels, weather, government action or events beyond our control, but we will always help you rebook.
