UAE visit visas typically 3–5 working days; Saudi Umrah visas 1–2 weeks as part of the package; Kenya eTA 3 working days; Türkiye and India vary by type. We give you a realistic timeline before you book flights.

We tell you honestly beforehand if we think an application is weak. If a refusal happens, we help you understand the reason and, where sensible, reapply. Flight tickets are booked on flexible fares wherever possible for this reason.

It depends on the airline and fare: typically 20–30 kg checked plus 7 kg cabin on regional routes, and 2 × 23 kg on many long-haul fares. Your e-ticket states the exact allowance and we can add extra bags in advance at a lower price than at the airport.

On term-start dates we negotiate additional allowance with several airlines. Tell us you are a student when you request the quote.

Airline refunds usually take 2–6 weeks to reach us; we pass them on the same day they arrive. Non-refundable fares are clearly marked when we quote them.
