To book travel we need your name as it appears on your passport, passport details, date of birth, contact numbers and email, and — for visas — the documents the destination country requires. We collect only what the airline, hotel or visa authority needs.
To issue tickets, apply for visas, book hotels and transfers, and to contact you about your trip. We share your details only with the airlines, hotels, visa centres and partners involved in your booking, and never sell them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing reservations@isomtravel.com. We keep booking records for as long as accounting and airline rules require.
