The things our consultants repeat every day — so you can read them before you call.
Before you go: passport valid 6+ months, ihram clothing, comfortable sandals, unscented toiletries, prescription medicines with a doctor’s note, a small bag for the Haram. Money: carry some SAR cash; cards work in hotels. Phone: buy a Saudi SIM at the airport or ask us for an eSIM. Health: meningitis vaccination certificate is required.
Umrah packages1. Passport with less than six months’ validity. 2. Photos that don’t meet the size or background rule. 3. Bank statements older than three months. 4. Booking non-refundable flights before the visa is issued. 5. Leaving the application to the last week. Send us your passport copy first and we’ll tell you exactly what you need.
Visa assistanceSend us the hospital appointment letter first — flights, visa and accommodation are built around it. Travel with a companion where possible, carry all previous reports and scans (paper and phone), and ask the hospital for an invitation letter for the visa. We book flexible fares because treatment timelines change.
Medical travelBook the moment your acceptance letter arrives: term-start weeks sell out and extra baggage must be added before ticketing. Keep your admission letter and accommodation confirmation in hand luggage for immigration. Ask about our airport-to-dormitory transfer in Istanbul and Kuala Lumpur.
Student travelFares are lowest February–May and September–November. Stay in Deira or Bur Dubai for the Somali community and cheaper hotels; the Metro reaches most places. Carry your visa printout — you may be asked for it at check-in in Hargeisa.
DubaiYour e-ticket shows the allowance as either kilograms (e.g. 30 kg) or pieces (e.g. 2PC = two bags of 23 kg). Cabin bags are usually 7 kg. Excess baggage bought in advance through us costs roughly half the airport price.
